August 11th – 15th
One young man quickly replaced by another. Stags heads are viewed with the Prince of Wales, and they visit a synagogue.
August 1st – 10th
The Homburg visit includes visits to the famous hat maker and to the Saalburg. Friends leave, taking their eligible son with them!
August 16th – 26th
The holiday draws to a close with visits to relatives at Wiesbaden, then on to Heidelberg and Titisee, before returning to Brookfield.
