The Women’s Institute comes to Hinton St George.

June 2nd – 6th

Wynne becomes President of her local Women’s Institute branch. Gardening and war work continue.

June 7th – 14th

A strange tea party, hospital, and the first meeting of the WI branch. 60 members attend.

June 15th – 20th

Falling asleep in church, strawberry jam, local work.
