Final weeks in Somerset.
Another visit to Newnham to decide on the new house.
August 1st – 19th
Fetes galore, including a very successful W.I. event that raised £47. They visit Newnham to inspect the house again and meet the trustee.
August 20th – 30th
Bug hunting in the fields at night, picnics on Ham Hill – a pleasant final few months in Hinton. They start the gradual process of packing up the house.
