A holiday in Austria
May 1st – 2nd
Wynne and her brother arrive in Salzburg for their holiday.
They cross the border into Germany for lunch on their first full day there.
May 3rd – 7th
Sight seeing, a trip up the Geisberg, and country outings.
Wynne finds it strange that Austria is now a Republic.
May 8th – 13th
Two trips into Bavaria, visiting old haunts and spending a day with her Uncle Walter.
A country visit to Eigen with her mother.
May 14th – 31st
A final day on the Kongisee.
Then back home to the usual duties.
