The Diary in December
The longed for visit is finally accomplished.
December 1st – 4th
They arrive at Sugauli in Bihar. It was a reunion of the whole of Wynne’s surviving family: sister, brother and mother.
December 5th – 19th
They move to Muzaffapur to stay with Eilliot, Wynne’s brother, and to visit other large plantations – the last of a dying breed.
December 20th – 31st
Back to Lalseryah for Christmas and New Year celebrations.
